1、Brief Description of the Construction Project
（1）Construction Location：Within the factory area of Hebei Dejin Glass Co., Ltd. in Shahe City, Xingtai City. Project center coordinates: East longitude114°35'22.37"、North latitude36°53'54.81"。
（2）Construction content and scale:Project covers an area of120000square meters, with an annual output of high-quality float glass sheets for electronics and automobiles of480ten thousand weight boxes. The project does not increase production capacity or land use. The project will dismantle the existing800t/dfloat glass production line (3#production line), and reconstruct a one-furnace, two-line (800t/d300t/d+500t/d) production line of high-quality float glass sheets for electronics and automobiles with a daily melting capacity ofsquare meters. Purchase and installation of batching and weighing systems, cold-end equipment, etc. Project raw materials: silica sand, soda ash, dolomite, feldspar, limestone, cullet, etc.; production process: raw material80000melting-melting-tin bath-annealing-cold end-cutting-finished product warehousing; products: high-quality float glass sheets for electronics and automobiles.
2、Construction of environmental protection facilitiesanddebugging effect
①Waste gas:The waste gas from the glass melting furnace of the reconstruction project adopts“high-temperature section of waste heat boiler+SCRdenitrification+low-temperature section of waste heat boiler+sodium-based dry desulfurization and dust removal integrated process” for treatment, and then discharged through80ma high-level exhaust stack; particulate matter generated by the feeding system, batching system, and cullet system is treated by a film-covered filter bag dust collector, and then discharged through a high-level exhaust stack no less than15mhigh.In addition,，this project strengthens the maintenance of production and environmental protection equipment,，strengthens management,，reduces the amount of unorganized waste gas emissions,，after taking measures,，it will not affect the surrounding atmospheric environment.
②Wastewater:The ion exchange resin system cleaning wastewater, power plant circulating water system sewage, and waste heat boiler sewage of the reconstruction project are all used for dust suppression in the factory area. Part of the wastewater from the pure water preparation system is used for dust suppression in the factory area, and part is used for washing the workshop floor. Domestic sewage is treated by a septic tank and then enters the factory wastewater treatment plant together with the workshop floor washing wastewater. After treatment, it meets the standards of the “Wastewater Comprehensive Discharge Standard” (GB8978-1996) Table4secondary standard,“Urban Sewage Reuse Urban miscellaneous water quality”(GB/T18920-2020)"Road sweeping”standardand the inflow water quality requirements of Shahe City Xinhuan Wastewater Treatment Plant, part of which is used for dust suppression in the factory area, and part is discharged into Shahe City Xinhuan Wastewater Treatment Plant for deep treatment.。
③Noise: The main noise of the project is equipment noise.，Low-noise equipment,foundation shock absorption,workshop sound insulation、distance attenuation，will not have a significant impact on the surrounding acoustic environment.。
④Solid waste:After the project is implemented,，all solid waste generated will be properly disposed of or comprehensively utilized,，and will not have a significant impact on the surrounding environment.
The project's waste gas, wastewater, noise,、and solid waste will not have a significant impact on the surrounding environment,，complying with the requirements of the environmental impact assessment and environmental impact assessment approval opinions,，and the impact on the surrounding environment is relatively small.
3、Acceptance monitoring
