The Hebei Dejin Solar Power Plant is a joint venture between Hebei Dejin Glass Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Hairun Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd. Hairun Photovoltaic is responsible for the photovoltaic electrical construction, while Dejin Company is responsible for the construction and reinforcement of the plant's roof and the construction of electrical supporting facilities. The construction of this project will play a positive demonstration role in saving coal, reducing CO2, SOx, NOx, dust, and ash emissions. This new energy industry model will surely promote the image of Shahe and Xingtai cities to a new level.
