Desheng Glass
Hebei Dejin Glass is a large-scale enterprise integrating glass raw material production and deep processing, mining, ecological tourism development, and international logistics trade. In April 2012, to further enhance the company's core competitiveness, extend the industrial chain, and develop the Shahe City glass industry, the company invested in the construction of the "Desheng Glass Deep Processing Technology Park" project. Located in the center of the Shahe City Economic Development Zone, Hebei Province, this project has been a key construction project of Hebei Province for two consecutive years and has been named a "Technology Business Incubator," "High-tech Small and Medium-sized Enterprise," and "Top Ten Excellent Cultural Enterprises" by the Hebei Provincial Science and Technology Department. It is also a key supported "University Student Entrepreneurship Base," "Small Enterprise Incubator," "Green Product Production Base," and "Scientific and Technological Innovation Product Production Base" by the provincial, municipal, and city governments. Dejin Company has solved the three major development bottlenecks of policy, technology, and funding for the enterprises. In the park, traditional deep processing technology and high technology are organically combined, successfully integrating glass with cultural art, and researching and developing unique glass cultural series products: the production scale of art mosaic mirrors is among the top; the aluminum mirrors and antique mirrors production lines have high technological content and large single-line production capacity in North China; glass wall tiles, floor tiles, kitchen and bathroom and other home decoration series products have become large-scale production enterprises; the 20m*8m world map of glass hand-carved jade has been submitted for the Guinness World Record; the developed molten crystal jade, nano-coated color crystal technology, and leather carving decorative profiles have been certified by national patents.
The park adheres to the development concept of "technology leading, pioneering and enterprising, green and environmental protection," and has successively formed strong alliances with top Chinese universities such as Tsinghua, Zhejiang University, and Tongji. The developed crystallized stone glass is a green and environmentally friendly new favorite in the glass family, turning waste into treasure and saving energy and protecting the environment; the problem of colored glass tempering has been successfully overcome by the technology park, and this high-tech scientific research achievement will be launched in the park this year; 5D glass has also been successfully developed and can be transformed into products this year.
"Five New, Two High" namely: "New concept, new technology, new energy, new materials, new products," "High environmental protection, high technology" is the development goal of the technology park. Under the guidance of this goal, the park will surely be built into a national glass deep processing technology park, making outstanding contributions to the faster and better development of the local economy and society.
