Project Nature: Reconstruction
Construction Content and Scale: The project does not increase production capacity or land use; it reconstructs and expands the existing production line in the original factory area. Utilizing800t/dFloat glass production line (4#production line) full production capacity and600t/dFloat glass production line (1#production line) including400t/dproduction capacity (remaining200t/dreserved for other uses) totaling1200t/dproduction capacity, in the company's factory area1#、2#production line original site to reconstruct a1200t/done-furnace three-line high-end electronic glass and automotive glass original sheet and photovoltaic backplane glass substrate special glass production line. The project will construct a melting furnace, tin bath, annealing furnace, combined workshop, raw material and auxiliary material workshop, and supporting facilities such as an air compressor station, water supply and drainage, power supply and distribution, and a nitrogen-hydrogen station, and purchase and install batching and weighing systems, cold-end equipment, etc.
Existing Projects and Their Environmental Protection Status: Currently, the company's6#production line has ceased production,1#production line,2#production line, new3#production line,5#production lines are operating normally. Since commissioning, the company has strictly adhered to national and local laws and regulations, environmental protection facilities have operated stably, and emissions of waste gas, wastewater, and noise have all met the standards. Solid waste disposal meets environmental protection requirements, and no major pollution accidents have occurred.
