Xue Weige, male, the Han nationality and the masses, was born on August 30, 1968 and graduated from Wuhan University of Technology. Currently, he is the workshop manager of Hebei Dejin Glass Co., Ltd.

I, with progressive thought, high loyalty and responsibility,active and intensive study attitudes and pioneering and innovative spirits, becomes the business backbone of the company through his long-term constant effort and hard study and wins approval of leaders and colleagues. I simply summarize my main events since I worked in the company in recent years as follows.

　　

In 2010, I participated in the oxygen-enriched combustion transform of kilns of the company. By the oxygen-enriched combustion transform, the service life of the kilns is effectively prolonged; the output and quality of products are greatly improved; combustion heat efficiency of the kilns is greatly improved in the actual application; and an energy-saving effect is obvious.

At work, I set up the work thinking of “Safe Working is the First Important Thing During Company Production”, strengthened and perfected a safe and environment-friendly working organization to make the safe working follow a normative, refine and standard development track and widely carried out safe activities to make the safe production management fully develop.

Through my unremitting effort, I was awarded the honorary titles of the advanced individual, the advanced worker and the model worker by the company in successive 5 years from 2008 to 2012, and honors of the safe production advanced worker, etc. by the company in successive 3 years from 2010 to 2012.

Over the years, I have been cautious and conscientious, willingly borne the burden of hard works and worked intensely at the ordinary operating post, making extraordinary achievements. In face of the achievements, I am never self-contented; in face of difficulties, I never admit defect; and for work, I never relax. I, with full working enthusiasm, meet every day and every challenge.
